Lewes DE has walkability!

Where do you want to live now that you have the time to do something besides work all the time? For some, the new community with all the bells and whistles and the big clubhouse is the perfect solution. No need to get in the car to head to the gym.

For those who like the idea of living in town, it’s about being able to walk to pick up a paper, go to the coffee shop and maybe do a little shopping. Had a call recently from George who is moving here from Indianapolis with his wife next year and that was something he said is important to him.

Christmas Parade, Lewes, DE

This year Bill and I were responsible for lining up the floats, the Marching Bands, the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts and getting the Classic Car with Active Adults Delaware logoparade off on time! Linda Chick, REALTOR® on the Active Adults Delaware Team, and her husband Jack Flood made their first appearance in the Lewes Christmas Parade in Jack’s classic Chevy. They were amazed at how big the parade is for a town the size of Lewes!
