Lewes Spring flowersThis Saturday, May 5th is the annual Lewes in Bloom’s Perennial, Herb & Garden Shop – Plan Sale. Come downtown to the Citizen’s Bank on 2nd Street between 9 am and 2 pm on Saturday and stock up on plants to make your garden colorful and tasty year round!

Lewes in Bloom is the organization of volunteers responsible for the beautiful plantings all over Lewes like these. Get there early for best selection

Lewes DE has walkability!

Where do you want to live now that you have the time to do something besides work all the time? For some, the new community with all the bells and whistles and the big clubhouse is the perfect solution. No need to get in the car to head to the gym.

For those who like the idea of living in town, it’s about being able to walk to pick up a paper, go to the coffee shop and maybe do a little shopping. Had a call recently from George who is moving here from Indianapolis with his wife next year and that was something he said is important to him.
